Publisher's Synopsis
One day Charles Fox begins to remember things. He realizes that he is in a hospital for the criminally insane and has been charged with killing three policemen in a drug buy. As he begins to remember small details, he knows he is innocent. He escapes and goes on a crusade to find his past. In his escape circumstances force him to kidnap Joan Grant. As Joan learns of his story and as his memory slowly returns, she believes in him and joins in his fight. Together they face danger from the police and from what is for Charles, an unclear master enemy. Joan helps him to remember. She also helps him to find romance as they fight for justice for Charles and justice for his mysterious enemy.
