Excerpt from Registers of Farleigh in the County of Surrey
Number III. Register Book is a small parchment volume, measuring 8 inches in length by 6} inches in width. It is bound in stiff parchment covers, fastened together with two brass clasps. In this Register are Baptisms and Burials from the year 1784 to 1812, the Baptisms at one end of the book, and the Burials at the other; there are several blank pages. The covers are inscribed Farleigh Christenings, 1784, and Farleigh Burials, respectively.
