Today, the subcommittee will be focusing primarily on the legis lation introduced by Congressman Hoagland, hr. 4056, which seeks to update these rules and reform many of the sections that are currently hindering S corporation growth. I am happy not only to be a cosponsor of this legislation, but to have Congressman Hoagland come before us toda to highlight his legislation.
