Reflecting Back to the Real Truth: "The Word of God" is about going back to when our forefathers were living. Back then, very few people questioned the teachings of the Bible, and back then, they had much more respect for the word of God. But as the years passed, the respect for God's word diminished, because of the horrendous sins that have taken over this world. In today's world, a lot of people believe in their own truth; a truth that makes them feel good about themselves. But it keeps them from living the right way, which is God's way. So many people have their own theory of what is right or wrong. When we look back at how we were raised, most of our parents taught us to believe in God and our Savior Jesus Christ. But what bothers me is back then, when we had God in our lives, thing weren't so out of control, like today where there is so much conflict about the Bible. The sad thing about it is the world is trying so hard to compromise with the word of God so that they won't feel the conviction that God gives us when we go against what's right. That's because the real truth is slowly fading away out of so many people's lives. So they make up their own rules. But there is a big difference between God's way of living and the world's way of living. Either you are for God and have eternal life, or you go against Him and you're hell-bound! It's up to you. I don't know about you, but I choose life.
