Publisher's Synopsis
A mysterious wormhole opens on the edge of a small Nevada town in 2018, and physicist Rand Hazen is the first on the scene to study it. When the wormhole goes into sudden flux, it sucks the entire town into oblivion as it collapses, taking Rand's lover with it. Desperate to bring her back, Rand vows he won't speak her name until he sees her face again. He follows her through the wormhole and into a place like none he's ever known. The future of humanity is on the brink of destruction, and Rand could help to save it, but nothing matter more to him than finding his missing lover.
