This story is about a young man named Clive with aspirations to take over the city of Washington DC. He has to use the drug game in order to make things right in his life and so he can provide for his family. Clive looks to go legit through several dealings with public officials but someone in his past has shown up to help his adversaries take over.
Clive now must contend with a person from his past named Black that saw Clive do something supernatural when they were growing up together. Black will not stop his conquest to help another man named Defender take everything Clive has.
How will Clive's past play apart in his life and what exactly did Black see?
