This project contains 25 recipes designed to aid the creation of a structured meal plan. These recipes can benefit any conscious eater, especially those who prioritize weightlifting. These meals contain optimal macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) to assist gymgoers during a phase of weight loss and muscle growth. Each recipe contains five points of analysis; ingredients, instructions, macronutrient totals, statistics, and a breakdown. The project also contains other useful information, such as an example meal plan, a satiety index, and basic nutritional guidance. This project aims to simplify the planning and nutrient-counting process, allowing weightlifters and conscious eaters to pursue their goals.
