This book is for the 3.4u, the Inspection Engineer, the data-dog. Those of you responsible for the accurate recording of observable findings of all things oil and gas subsea. Its purpose is to lay bare the processes by which you achieve this goal. It is my hope that by doing so, the book will also become a source of reference for both those starting out and their colleagues of longer standing.
