Where do members of Delta Force, SEAL Teams, and the CIA go when they retire? Matthew "Doc" Pearson is a fifth-generation Florida native who, except for 126 months and three days of service to his country, has lived and worked as a Florida cow hunter. It was while serving in a clandestine military unit that he learned the kinds of skills that he hoped to never need again. Today, Doc is content just riding for his brand, the Sunset Ranch, in Central Florida.
