During the year 3 absolute and 8 provisional library Charters were granted by the regents involving the transfer Of one district library. IO were established in places where there were no previously existing libraries Open to the public. One library was admitted with existing Charter and to provisional Charters issued in 1893, '94 and '95 were made absolute.
