After a near death experience at summer camp, Alex Fuller emerges with several psychic abilities. Convinced that the world is not ready for someone with his abilities, Alex hides his new powers, until they are unearth by an old friend - Amanda Bridgewater. While rekindling his friendship with Amanda, Alex is forced to use his abilities to foil the attempted bombing of DC's Gallery Place Chinatown Metro Station. Alex and Amanda are soon drawn into the bomber's insidious world of righteous indignation and mayhem. When the bomber kidnaps Amanda, Alex must wield his powers to rescue her, with the FBI in hot pursuit.
