Publisher's Synopsis
Asher lives in a world with not much known history restricted by a strict hierarchy system. Unfortunately, being born into the lowest class, he is bound to work every day. His best friend, Marcus, also whom Asher considers his brother, is his motivation for the hard tasks they go through. One day, inspired by such a careless and ignorant system of society, Asher makes a dangerous decision, leaving Marcus behind to disappear. A few months later, a series of tragedies strikes Asher and he is left to discover the true story about the world he's living in. This leads to him changing the course of his world forever, sacrificing the people he cares for.
