Specifically, I will focus on program weaknesses, agency corrective actions, and recommendations for future actions by the Congress, the administration, and agency officials in areas involving the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, the Internal Revenue Service, Medicare, the Customs Service, Asset Forfeiture.
