Order or theday, refolved it-b 'felf into a committee of 'the' whole Houfe, on the report of the committee to whom was qommitied themproceedings of fundry of the Other {tates'in anfwer to the 'refol'twrtions of the General A?'embly' of 'thelzl'fi; day of December after tome ti'me {pent therein, Mr, Speaker refumed the chair, and Mr. Mercer reported, that the committee of the whole Houfe had, according to order, had the faid report under their confideration, jmd had made an amendment thereto, which he read in his place, ' and then delivered in at the clerk's table, where the L'fame was again twice read, and agreed to by the houfe.
