It is interesting to note that at the preliminary meeting at Evanston a resolution was adopted asking that the Executive Committee submit for discussion at the first annual meeting the questions What constitutes a Secondary School? And What constitutes a College? Ten years have not entirely answered these questions, but substantial progress has been made.
