On motion of Mr. Winship, the Board proceeded to the choice of a, Secretary and Auditing Clerk. Messrs. Win ship, Perkins, and Chapin were appointed a committee to receive, sort, and count the votes. They reported the whole number of votes to be 25. Necessary for a choice, 13. Blank 3 George A. Smith had 22, and was accordingly declared elected.
On motion of Mr. Moran, the Board proceeded to the choice of a Messenger. Messrs. Moran, Ryan, and F ox were appointed a committee to receive, sort, and count the votes. They reported the whole number of votes to be 24. Necessary for a choice, 13. Alvah H. Peters had 24, and was accordingly declared elected.
On motion of Mr. 'finney, the Board proceeded to the choice Of a Treasurer of the Corporation. Messrs. Fin ney, Blake, and Fallon were appointed a committee to receive, sort, and count the votes. They reported the whole number of votes to be 24. Necessary for a choice, 13. Abram E. Cutter had 24, and was accordingly declared elected.
