This volume presents the proceedings and a symposium overview of the North Pacific Synmposium on Invertebrate Stock Assessment and Management held in March 1995 in Nanaimo, Canada. Sessions were structured around the following six themes: estimation of abundance within the specified areas; spatial distribution of abundance and implications; dynamics of harvested stocks and ecosystems; population modelling and parameter estimation; invertebrate fisheries management; decision making in invertebrate fisheries management.
