The nineteenth annual meeting of the Stockholders of the Raleigh and Gaston Rail Road Company, was held at the office of the Company, in Raleigh, on Thursday, the 15th day of July, 1869, commencing at 11 o'clock, A. M.
Paul C. Cameron, Esq., of Hillsboro', was, on motion, called to the Chair, and, on further motion, Gen. W. R. Cox and W. W. Vass, were appointed Secretaries.
