VIII. The Lodge in Bakersfield wrote to inquire if it would be proper for it to participate in a Board of Relief which it was proposed to organize in that city, to consist of the Officers of the several Ma sonic bodies, viz., the Blue Lodge, Chapter, Commandery, Scottish Rite, and Eastern Star, the Master of the Blue Lodge to be chairman and each organization to contribute to such an extent as it could afford, the moneys so obtained to be used for Masonic Relief only.
