Sec. Tv. All entrance fee of three dollars shall he required of each Fellow, and an annual fee of one dollar, due it each annual meeting after his election. Fellows in arrears for two years and failing to respond to notification from the secretary-treasurer shall he dropped from the Acitdemy roll. Sec. V. The officers of the Academy shall he a l'resi dent, two vice-presidents and a secretary-treasurer. To he elected at the annual meeting.
