The meeting of the 23rd Sanibel Symposia, which included the 10th meeting of the Symposium on Quantum Biology and Quantum Biology and Quantum Pharmacology, was held at Florida on March 3 - 16 1983. The three days devoted to Quantum Biology and Quantum Pharmacology saw the presentation of 65 papers by 77 participants from 18 nations, including the Americas, Europe and the Far East. The presentations consisted of both invited 30 and 40 minute lectures and poster sessions.;These Proceedings comprise the contributions presented in both the invited talks and the poster sessions.
