Mr. Mackrell. Mr. Speaker, it is with the most profound feelings of sorrow and regret that I make to this House this evening the announcement that our friend and my immediate colleague, the Hon. M. B. Lemon, died in New York city this afternoon at two o'clock.
Mr. Stewart. Mr. Speaker, in connection therewith I offer the following resolution.
