The Grand Lodge convened in the City of Toronto to hold its forty-eighth annual session.
Prior to the regular session of the Grand Lodge an open meet ing assembled at Victoria Hall, Queen Street East.
Bro. W S. Johnston, Grand Marshal, introduced Bro. Ald. Joseph Oliver and Ald. I. J. Ward, who, on behalf of His Worship the Mayor tendered to the Grand Lodge a hearty welcome to the Queen City of Ontario.
