The Executive Committee, consisting of Revs. W. T. Herndon, J. O. Atkinson and J. W. Wellons reported that no official business had claimed their attention during the past year.
Vacancies on standing committees were filled, as follows: W. J. Gra ham on Apportionment Committee, and D. Jennings Sipe on Tabulating Committee.
Other special committees were named, as follows: Finance, J. A. Rice, T. R. Hughes, P. P. Jones; Place for Holding Next Session: Revs. J. W. Wellons, W. L. Wells and W. P.
