At the end of the symposium, Dr. Mount and Professor Nikolay V. Butorin, Soviet Project Leader of the Working Group, signed an agreement outlining future activities of the group, including a reciprocal visit by American scientists to the USSR in June 1976. Both countries pledged their continued commitment to cooperative environmental activities. The publication of these proceedings is in accordance with that agree ment signed October 23, 1975 by Dr. Donald I. Mount and Professor Nikolay V. Butorin.
