The death of our honoured Historiographer, Dr. Fred erick C. Johnson, has made it difficult to present the biographical sketches Of deceased members at this time, except of the two Officers who passed away last year. Oscar Jewell Harvey, Esq., the present recognized Historian of Wyoming, has accepted the Office Of Historiographer and will certainly make up for the omissions of the present in future volumes.
