While many private agencies had, even before this country entered the war, urged the establishment Of Official machinery for the study Of post war problems, and While bills have at various times been introduced in both houses Of Congress calling for the appointment of Official bodies for this purpose, as yet no definite action on a comprehensive scale has been taken by the Government.
