Sect. '2. Be it further enacted, That said corporation is here 'monies may by allowed to 'grant monies to such persons as have rendered be granted' services to the proprietors, in exploring the rout of the turn pike road, or otherwise; previous 0 this act of incorporation, or to such persons as have advanced monies to pay any ex pences which may have accrued.
