In the second chapter are given ten elementary problems covering all of the descriptive geometry that is needed to completely solve a problem in perspective. All of these elementary problems will be found to depend directly upon the problem of finding the intersection of a right line with a plane. The student is advised to make himself thoroughly familiar with the contents of this chapter before attempt ing the solution of the practical problem which is given in Chapter III.
