I would like the record to be completely clear and it is my under standing that this is agreeable to the staff and to the Senate, that a partial waiver of his lawyer - client privilege does not constitute a complete waiver as to all transactions that may have no relevance to this committee's area of jurisdiction and I want to make sure that that position is quite clear.
