Part three provides a description If House bills (h.r. 452, h.r. 815, and h.r. 2098) introduced this longress relating to the credit. Part four contains a discussion of he issues related to the credit in consideration of its extension. Fi Ially, an Appendix presents Department of Labor data on targeted obs credit participation for fiscal years 1982 through 1987.
