Scriptures tell us clearly that he prayed on the mountain, he prayed with his disciples, he spent a lot of private time in profound meditation, he taught his disciples not only how to pray but also how to go to a lonely quiet place to do some meditation.
In this work, the author introduces us to meditation and usage of scriptures as a tool of prayer. No doubt, this is a good form and method of meditative prayer. His deliberate literary style is an attempt to highlight the Importance of using the psalms and in fact the Word of God in our world of today.
