As I started to write this book, I honestly wasn't sure I wanted to do this. After all the work, time, and effort that went into my first book, I just wanted to be finished. After I released Power-Up I was Mentally and Physically Drained; I could now be done with all the overthinking and reflection of my past. The feedback was great, the book was helping others, and I felt accomplished. Somehow, I could not shake the feeling that there was more that I needed to do, like I had left something on the table. One morning while driving, it hit me; my job wasn't done. I needed to allow the world to take a trip into the mind of a broken man. All women would now get the chance to see inside the mind of men like me. For men, it was time to stop hiding all that we suppressed. It was time to allow ourselves to admit that sometimes we are broken. This book will reveal some authentic and harsh truths about what goes on in the minds of men. From not knowing what love truly is, to why we cheat. This is our diary!
