A life worth living is a life worth recording. But, as all energy has a two-way flow, recording your life can help transform it into something worth living. It is possible to create as you record by directing awareness to your goals. Each page of this journal is left blank for your reflections. Yet each page is embedded with semi-subliminal positive affirmations to help guide your thoughts and actions. The page communicates in the language of the subconscious. This language primarily displays as pictures. As this part makes up 90% of the overall mind it is faster and more powerful than our conscious intellect. Yet we usually miss out on what it has to offer. This journal can add to your toolkit in reaching in and affecting the mind. The Power Journal can be used as a tool for internal change. Each page of this journal is open but not blank for your reflections. Set out on the page are affirmations to help guide your thoughts and actions. I suggest using black ink to highlight your written words. This is the colour version. B&W is also available as a cheaper option. I believe colour adds more impact.
