It impact the Officer physically, emotionally, behavioral, and cognitive ways that interrupt the life of Officer who have responded to critical incidents i.e. homicides, suicides, infant-cide; injuries, police shootings and other incidents that critical counseling never addressed.The e-book and books written to reduce police suicides; unjustified shootings, police choking, police misconduct, and the inability to establish relationships in Urban America due to the mass violence being perpetrated by multiple people who identify with the subculture. The subculture impacted by PTSD; socio-economic woes; poor water; access to health and food create high unemployment and consequently and Civil War. In nearly every city in America, Civil Wars exist as mainly poor Blacks and subcultural group members collaborate on destroying life and property as the police offices assigned to the Civil War (non-acknowledged) become physiologically and psychologically disturbed physically, emotionally, behavioral and cognitively after being affected by PTSD that cause inappropriate responses in poor communities and often an encounter with Black Men or Black Women.
