And, in that regard, we do have three panels, and we're going to lead off with a friend and colleague and neighbor on the fourth floor of Ra burn, Gary Condit; but, Gary, if I could ask you to wait one secon I just want to recognize Mr. Bryant and Mr. Heineman and thank them specifically for being here so early in the morning. The chairman of this subcommittee will remember which members of the subcommittee were of greatest help in his time of greatest need, and so I am indebted to you both for being here.
