The plasma cell dyscrasias investigated include monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS), multiple myeloma, plasmacytoma, immunoglobulin deposition diseases (primary amyloidosis and systemic light and heavy chain deposition diseases), and Waldenström's macroglobulinemia.
