JOURNEY OF PHYSICAL STRENGTH AND SPIRITUAL DRIVE This book is written to encourage someone that has chronic pain in their body and stress and depression and do not know how to get through life challenges. From my testimony, I can tell you that it takes strength, your faith, and the belief in God to get through day to day. This has not been easy for the past 22 years I had to learn to live with the pain and begin to live my life again. I began praying harder, fasting, and praising God. I begin to get the best care and taking part in my health care and keeping appointments, going to extensive physical therapy, acupuncture, and taking medications. I also worked together with the doctors with positive pain procedures at the Pain Clinic at John Stroger Hospital. I had to focus on getting better. I started expecting the blessing from God to send favor and help to manage the physical conditions in my body I am dealing with every day.
