In the regards to the structure, it is a narrative that is neither non-linearly linear, or linearly non-linear whilst being both simultaneously. Meaning, someone, depending on their questions revolving around their current self, can go to the contents, choose a section, and work back and subsequently forward.
In order to help illustrate the author's unique perspective and own thought process, each chapter also utilizes a diverse range of sources and references from well-known people of history and the like. At the heart of the book, is a grand philosophical undertone that points to an enlightened or 'higher way' of thinking.
