We are facing the ultimate dissolution of civilized society as we know it. The LORD Jesus says that this coming time, the Great Tribulation, will be the worst humanity has faced, or ever will face. The earth will be destroyed by fire. The Apostle Peter writes that the elements, and all the works of men in the earth, will be on fire, the heavens, the skys will be on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat. The continuing theme of this book is that humanity in general, and in many cases, professing Christians, are not prepared to meet a holy GOD at the second coming of the LORD Jesus Christ. The fate of the earth, and those in servitude and love of this world system, is sealed. This is a cry to personal reformation and repentance of sins, a profound change of thought and behavior.
