This is a 26-page, 8.5*11 inch habit tracker, and note self-help planner. Allowing you to build good habits over a 12 month period. The left page is a habit tracker, and the right page is college rule lined pages for additional notes.

A basic monthly habit tracker. You need one of these for each month in your planner or journal.

Users can fill out habits they want to monitor along the top line, "Drink 6 glasses of water", "30 minutes of yoga" etc. and then they color in a square for each day they kept the habit. At the end of the month, they can see how successful they were. You can also use it to track negative habits (color in days where you cussed, smoked, drank etc.)

College rule (also known as medium ruled paper) is the most common lined paper in use in the United States. It is generally used in middle school through to college and is also popular with adults.

The horizontal spacing is 9/32" or 7.1mm. Trim sizes with a width over 6" include a margin ruled 1 1⁄4 inches (32 mm) from the left hand of the page.

This is a good choice for teen or adult notebooks and composition books (known as exercise books outside the US).
