This book deals with issues related to the aggregation of matter and the Navier Stokes equations, mainly, and their applications.A new Theory is developed, based on new Dynamic concepts, applicable to topics so varied and different apparently, as the Economy, Pedestrian Motion, Galaxy Formation and Dynamics, Dark Matter, Dark Energy, Expansion of the Universe, Meteorology, Aerodynamics, etc.. A joint vision of the whole Cosmos is created, not only the material events, but also the feelings and wills are modelled. As Sagan said: the Cosmos is everything that has been, is and will be.There are many sections not completely finished because they need to be developed, which require the participation of the reader (a good tool to know projects for Students and Teachers). For this reason, periodically (every 6 months or so), a new improved and extended version will be released with the advances and research that remain to be done in this special Theory. It is a book dedicated to encouraging the reader's critical thinking. All this book has been elaborated from home, without the need of big infrastructures and great tools: only with the brain and the Internet.
