Are you a single parent raising a son and you wonder why your son acts so differently than you did growing up? I've detailed some of the life lessons I received from my father growing up and combined them with some of my real life experiences in an effort to help single parents understand boys a little better. When faced with the male ego the trick is to try to use it for good instead of trying to change it. I go over in detail many of the lessons that my father taught me about my ego and how to control my natural instincts. I also wrote this book to help single fathers who may not have grew up with a father to teach him how to be a man like my father did for me. It's hard for a man to ask for help and many men simply don't know how to be a man, how to lead their family, how to make tough decisions, or how to understand that simply proclaiming yourself a king when you treat your woman like a jester or a pawn doesn't make him a king. I'm trying to use these lessons to teach men how to treat their queen and how to raise their children. I want MEN to be MEN again and hopefully these lessons will help in that regard. I also wrote this book to help young people who don't have good role models. Some kids are just born to worthless families and both the mother and the father are both bad people. What are we to do with those children, just send them straight to the jail or to the grave yard from birth or should we try to help those children?
