Publisher's Synopsis
Parcel Stan is sorting out his parcels down at the depot.
Today, Bromley Street is the last drop on Stan's list. This also happens to be his own street and he is super happy because a parcel he's been waiting for has also turned up.
The day passes quickly and Stan parks his van up at the bottom of Bromley Street next to Dermot's Newsagents. Dermot Macintosh, who owns the corner shop, immediately warns Stan that their local nosy-parker "Mrs Ratley" wants a word with him about his noisy neighbours (the Parsons') particularly the kids who make too much noise outside her house at night.
Stan knows that he is unable to avoid her because one of his parcels has her name engraved on it!
But he remains calm and positive with this bit of news, because he knows that his "own parcel" is about to change everything!
