Publisher's Synopsis

Two children on a family caravan holiday on the edge of Dartmoor see something black hunting sheep. Convinced it's a panther, they set off to track it across the moors. As they hunt the panther, a rescue operation is mounted to find them. The children find the panther and her cubs but decide to keep their existence a secret from the public, who they know will want them hunted, captured and destroyed.
