Publisher's Synopsis
If ever there was a timely book publication, this is the one. This book gives an insight into how many deaths from Covid-19 that occurred are likely in a legal scenario to be determined as deaths by misadventure or to be unlawful. This is a global legal problem and is a direct result of a general, nevertheless a mistaken understanding of medical disclosure law, called right to know law in the United States. Ignorance of the law governing disclosure to patients is not a legal defence for hospitals or medical professionals. A failure for one to take reasonable care to make disclosure about reasonable alternative treatment options such as hyperbaric oxygenation is currently a recurring mistake made in general medical practice by some and not by others.
