"Owl TV" is a children's animal and wildlife programme, particularly featuring wildlife conservation, filmed across the world from the Seychelles to Belize. This book contains 24 of the animals featured in the fourth series of programmes, due to be broadcast on ITV in January 1992, many of which are the most beautiful, unusual and, in many cases, endangered animals in the world such as Barbary apes, tree frogs, ring-tailed lemurs and giant pandas. Colour photographs, taken while on location filming the programme, complement the information about each animal - where they live, what they eat, why many are threatened by extinction and what can be done about it.
