This fictional story, enriched with songs from Hindi films, bears no connection to real events. My father, a master of every line, has been a profound influence on me, alongside three inspiring figures: Mira Bai in devotion, Shaheed Bhagat Singh in patriotism, and poet Ashok Chakradhar in literature. Yet, no one surpasses my father. After 34 years of writing, this is my first novel to reach readers, and I hope it will be well received. The narrative focuses on Vishal and Hina's efforts to reunite a brother and sister separated during the partition, set in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh.
