Publisher's Synopsis
On the world of Illusar, in the Free Lands of Ramavria, peace reigns supreme as it has since the War of the Dragons thirty years before. As rumours grow of an evil uprising in the desolate land of Kolmothra, the site of the war, word reaches King Feridan of Arbenlo, the closest city. Promptly, he sends Wedell Anagod, a young royal guardsman, on a perilous journey to Kolmothra to corroborate the rumours. In the land of Renwar, seasoned knight Captain Bellhom Evod has retired from knighthood to return north to his homeland in the Bonavenlan Mountains. A veteran of the war, Bellhom has no conception that his desire to return home will lead him directly toward Kolmothra, the dreaded place he never wished to eye again. When three young gypsies' paths intersect with Bellhom's and Wedell's, they are all thrust into a wondrous adventure that will change their lives forever.
I was born in Eastern Kentucky in 1973 and grew up with two older brothers. As a young boy I was mesmerized by television, comic books and movies. I not only watched or read things geared toward children, but things that were for adults as well. My imagination seemed to have no limits so, at a very young age, I tried to write and draw my own comics. I also made up stories with my friends and acted them out as we played. I continue to write short stories. Sci-fi, horror and fantasy interest me the most. My biggest influences and favorite authors are Stephen King, Michael Moorcock, Robert E. Howard, Tolkien, Lovecraft and Poe. Today, I am happily married to a wonderful girl named Kathleen. We have a baby son and also a son in college. We live in North Carolina with two cats and a houseful of dreams.
