I AM not, however, without hopes that Tome information and amine ment may both be gathered from the following fheets, to which I have made fome additions, chie?y by way of notes, which were not in the original manufcript, and which, I ?atter myfelf, will not be thought uninterefiing; a circum fiance which mufi plead my excufe for the length or frequency of the notes which may be interfperfed.
